This can be done by Motion H dosa making machine with 7 inch colour HMI display with enhanced UX and UI graphic screen with microprocessor based custom programming. It can control process parameters like dosa type, size, thickness, and amount of oil, water and batter, type of batter. Pre preparation, operation and maintenance of the machine are very easy.
