Hakan Gürsu, the creative mind behind the winning engineering design Sistem explains “Range pole that is frequently used in engineering application areas especially civil engineering, is a measuring set to calculate the dimension and alignment with the help of red and white metal pipe. To make embedding the range pole to surface, a sharp edge is jointed the metal pipe. A water gage is joined the range pole enable to more sensitive measurements.
