Kinney Chan and Associates, the designer of the award winning design Cafe Bord de Mer says “Café bord de Mer reflects an oasis of calm and a dignified lifestyle. Full-length windows are built to maximize the South China Sea view. The restaurant adopted an open idea layout with interactive cooking stations and timber finishes. Ceiling is topped with massive wood blinds, which split up the sun rays. Beyond the eatery is a relaxing lounge bar.
