A' International Design Award and Competition is pleased to share that the interior design Exen Istanbul by Yelin Evcen, Gonul Ardal, Zeynep Ozder, Nesfa Dereli has been announced as a laureate of the renowned A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design Category marked as the winner by the transnational jury members of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of submitted works.

Regarding Exen Istanbul

Yelin Evcen & Gönül Ardal, the lead designer of the winning interior design Exen Istanbul explains “Gonye Proje was commissioned to design a show flat on the top floor of a skyscraper in Istanbul by Sur Yapi, a leading construction firm in Turkey. The brief was to create a living space that was full of light and transparency with minimum solid blockages. Integrated sitting and dining areas are slightly separated from eachother by using different materials on the floor. Since it is a show flat, a color scheme that would address the majority was chosen.
