Jia-Ru Lin, the designer of the award winning project Abstraire says “ABSTRAIRE artisan cheese is made from one hundred percent fresh organic milk produced in Vermont. Since 1991, it’s time tested craft of artisian cheese making has resulted in the development of a unique ABSTRAIRE shape. The design is modern and clean, targeting cheese foodies to experience high-end artisian delicacies.
