　KiyokaYamazuki, the creative mind behind the winning graphic design Aisanka explains “She was asked to create a cover illustration with the theme of Aichi Prefecture Festivals in order to spread the appeal of Aichi Prefecture (history, culture, industry, etc.) to the whole of Japan and the world.
