Ping Li, the lead designer of the winning vehicle accessory design Seat Lite explains “Seats are the product that accompanies passengers for the longest on a flight journey. The biggest challenge of the aircraft seat design is providing a comfortable experience in a limited weight and space. Seat Lite's vision is to improve the flight experience while being lower cost for airlines. It offers an adaptable PED holder with an optimized viewing angle and provides more pockets for personal carry-on items.
