Seitaro Yamazaki, the designer of the award winning work The Womb of the City says “Concept room to reconsider the spatiality of the city center.Through a space of discontinuous silence located in the center of the urban bustle, the project explores the contradictions and multifaceted nature of the urban environment, while at the same time suggesting the possibility of restructuring and harmonizing the urban environment.
