A' International Design Award and Competition is pleased to announce that the project Funaging by Ting Han Chen has been announced as a laureate of the famed A' Design Award in Meta, Strategic and Service Design Category picked as the winner by the esteemed arbiters of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of submitted works.

Winner Design: Funaging

Ting Han Chen, the lead designer of the winning work Funaging explains “FunAging is an educational service offering classes of smartphone apps to accompany and empower the elderly. FunAging disseminates the class information with the elderly via Line, a widely used social app in Taiwan among the elderly. However, many elderly have difficulties in registering classes via Line as its interface is not elderly-friendly. This project employs senior-centered service design thinking to enhance the class registration process.
