Jianing Dong, the creative mind behind the winning security products design work Oxygensure explains “In order to help the trapped persons who have fallen into the water to survive and escape smoothly, and reduce casualties after falling into the water, this product integrates the functions of broken window rescue and oxygen inhalation.
