kalbod studio, the creative mind behind the winning work Seaside Town explains “The Seaside Town project is defined by five types of villas, each of which has its own characteristics that distinguish it from the others. But at the same time, the idea and physical program follows almost the same principles. With the help of each volume orientation, all villas benefit from views of both the city and the sea.
