Each floor comprises of a single apartment. B73 is one of the very few buildings in the country using solid surface material and thermoforming for complex 3D shapes. The facade's morphology starts from a surface that is stretched with strategically placed cuts. A discontinuation occurs creating the shape of a swallow bird.
