Chien-Hsin Ling, the lead designer of the winning interior design work Rui Ming Chinese Medical Clinic explains “The project is a clinic for treatment in Chinese herbal medicine. Its two-story construction on a long, narrow strip of land covers a diversity of facilities, including a counter, a dispensary, a waiting zone, a consulting room, a treatment room, and a room for aesthetic medicine. The long, narrow layout is divided into two sections that meet different needs, encompassing facilities and ease of movement.
