Zuling Weng, the lead designer of the winning design Gemtree Club explains “In the internal space structure, the staircase design abandons the traditional design techniques. The cascading and staggered staircase structure enhances the sense of rhythm of the space. Large transparent French Windows in the reception area eliminate the boundary between indoor space and outdoor greening, and the green street trees view becomes an extension of the interior space.
