Toshio Tsushima, the lead designer of the winning architecture design work Memories of Water explains “The “Memories of Water” sits on a beautiful seashore in Qingdao, China, developed by China Resources Land, as a life style exhibition gallery, where people can appreciate the ocean scenery. The project blurs the boundary of space, and strengthens the interaction between visitors and the sea by creating architecture reflecting the water, the blow of wind, changing light, and shimmering sounds. The cantilever floating design allows visitors to enjoy the panoramic ocean view.
