Architectural Services Department, the creator of the award winning work Idyll of Saikung says “Situated in the idyll of Sai Kung, the project Hoi Ha Visitor Centre, creates a retreat for visitors in the countryside enabling their close contact with nature, which has become rare in the city of Hong Kong. It is designed as a rural settlement with individual buildings organically related to the landscape.
