Seitaro Yamazaki (Tokyo) is a contemporary artist and designer whose practice explores the fragile beauty hidden in the overlooked and the forgotten. Working across installation, sculpture, painting, and media art, he draws on Japanese concepts of ma and impermanence while resonating with Western traditions such as vanitas and negative space. His works have been shown internationally, including solo exhibitions at Spiral (Tokyo, 2024) and K11 Art Center (Shanghai, 2025), and participation in the Larnaca Biennale (Cyprus, 2025) and SXSW (Austin, USA, 2025).
