Guo Xuhui, Chinese-born architect living in Canada, independent scholar. Focus on world livable cities research and observation. He graduated from the Architecture Department of Tongji University in 1982. Worked in China, Japan, United States and Canada. He is a certified master architect in Liaoning Province, China. His works have won China's highest architectural award, the Luban Prize.
