Akshata is a Service Designer, passionate about understanding people—their stories, emotions, and behaviours—and using this insight to design meaningful products and services. She specialises in developing research and strategy tools that provide a long-term perspective, enabling a deeper understanding of how behaviours evolve over time and adapting services to meet those changing needs effectively. She graduated as one of the youngest Master’s candidates from the prestigious Royal College of Art at just 21. Her academic excellence is further highlighted by her achievement as a Gold Medallist for all four years of her Bachelor’s in Design program. Her passion for user psychology and innovation is deeply reflected in her critically acclaimed research paper publication with Springer Nature on designing sustainable well-being services of students in India. She is recognised internationally for user-centric innovation through Core77 Design Award, A’ Design Award, D’Source UN SDG and others.
