Fereshteh Haji Gholami was born in Tehran-Iran and graduated from the UPM University of Malaysia in the field of architecture/sustainable design. She is the Founder of KIOSKedia International Academy, KIOSKedia International Design Awards as well as KIOSK International Magazine which is based in Iran and Malaysia where she also works as the Editor-in-Chief. Fereshteh has been quite prolific and relentlessly active in every field she has worked in. She has taken on major roles such as university lecturer, former Secretary of Education Commission of Tehran Architecture Association, Managing Director of the Nobel International Educational Institute in Malaysia, international speaker, Jury of IDA International Design Awards (US) and KIOSKedia International Design Award (Iran), and she has won multiple international awards from prestigious design competitions. She is now conducting vast research on sustainable and energy efficient projects and products and, on the other hand, she has curated miscellaneous international conferences, scientific workshops, seminars and exhibitions in the Middle East and Southeast Asia rooted in architecture, interior design, industrial design and design sub-branches.
