“Keydo” (“器道” in Chinese) is originated from the Book of Changes. Tao refers to methods and concepts and Qi refers to utensils and appliances. This is exactly what traditional Chinese culture pursues for creation. The concept of Keydo Design advocates to treat the lifestyle and inherent needs of men as the fundamental starting point of the design, takes full account of the natural properties of the materials, and strives to make the design of utensils in line with the internal laws of creation and express a specific cultural connotation so as to realize the Imitation of Nature and Integration of Crafts and Arts.
