Adriana is a professional in Graphic Design and Museums Studies. Born and raised in Mexico, Adriana studied, and continues her professional development, in the United States. She uses these experiences to combine eclectic visual elements, drawn from both worlds and inspired by art. Her museum's background in audience studies and interpretation helps her address communication needs through relatable visual narratives, tapping on elements and situations from daily life. Adriana translates these narratives into diverse media such as editorial design, videos, audios, educational materials, brochures, branding, and more. Within the UIC Office of Preparedness and Response, Adriana visually translates critical content regarding health, safety, and security awareness that is distributed across the university system and within the larger Chicago community.
