The design team have reflected the highlights of the design in this area of the sea, abandoning excessive design, and adopting a blank approach to show the vastness and purity of the sea in space. With no spacious area for discussion and no high floors, people-oriented design concept brings a comfortable and warm atmosphere for home.

As the former head of Shenzhen Vanke Real Estate Decoration Department, the designer has more than ten years of experience in real estate interior design, coordinating decoration and soft design controlling. Familiar with real estate related processes, she has unique insights into the planning of the exhibition area and customer positioning. Her works have won many well-known domestic and international awards and has been published in major magazines and online media.

This project is a joint project designed by GND N+ DESIGN and JC DESIGN. The two companies have integrated their strategic cooperation resources and services covering interior design, indoor and outdoor soft decorations and landscape design, aiming at offering a first-class area display for thier clients.
