This design project is based on simplicity as the core of the design principle, the origin of simplicity was derived from the rising of capitalism, where majority of the people were sunken in the big river of the era, indulged in material and desire until the rising of minimalism by modernist, such that more and more people long for minimalism starting from the 21st century.

Situated on the street full of distinctive buildings in Gongguan shopping area, the white and clean building exterior is peculiarly eye-catching. It is the 4-storey composite building, of the travel agent’s first flagship store comprising the reception counter, exhibition and training center, and staff quarters. The renovation plan has now renewed the 50-year despaired house into the engaging white building.
