The concept of the project breaks the single-function of traditional warehouse and creates a new scene in line with the lifestyle through mixed area mode. By embedding a behavioral picture of modern urban life (libraries, galleries, exhibition halls, tea, and beverage tasting centers), it turns a single micro-space into an "open urban area" on a "greater" scale. The project tries to combine private invitations and public institutions' macro-aesthetic experience.

Hongrui Luan founded SIGN Architectural Design Consulting Beijing Co,.Ltd. He has designed and completed millions of square meters of architectural and interior design projects, including Beijing Zhengfusi Cathedral, CS&S Beijing software park, Beijing Gantang middle school, China civil engineering construction corporation caribbean camp, Beijing high-end automotive industrial park, etc. The new terminal and supporting comprehensive project of V.C. bird international airport in Antigua and Barbuda in the eastern Caribbean, which was provided with preferential loans by the Chinese government, was completed in August 2015 and highly appraised by the Anbar government and the public.In 2016, it won the National Prime-quality Project , the highest award of China construction issued by the ministry of construction.
