Family run restaurant was enlarged by joining two buildings and an open courtyard to double the seating capacity. Andalucia in the Sussex village of Ferring consists of two bars and a private dining room as well as 50 cover restaurant. Stone walled dining room, sliding skylight windows with fully grown olive tree are reminder of its former courtyard use. Spanish hams are hanging inside a glass and Himalayan rock salt unit which were chosen for its water absorbing and and air purifying properties. Independent bar is positioned at the front of the property doubling up as a holding bar.
Andalucia Tapas and Wine Bar is run by Quirosa family offering tapas since 1988. Luis and Miguel, took over the restaurant in 2016 from their parents and decided to improve recipes, wines and restaurant interior.
