Red Series is a set of three 3D-animation loops that show simplistic fantasy machines, each one made for just one purpose. The devices do not have practical uses, but work only for their own sake. However, these tasks are performed with the utmost precision. Through the short, repetitive processes, a hypnotic state emerges in the head of the observer that is oddly satisfying.

Valentin Heinrich is a german 3D artist and motion designer. After graduating in 2017 he started his career as a freelancer, currently living and working in Stuttgart, Germany. His work is characterized by a realistic and simplistic look, telling messages in a subtle, but very clear way. Being interested in new tools and techniques he is striving for perfection in both workflow and style.
