Aldo Petruzzelli overdid himself in this masterpiece of design. Combining wood manufacturing skillfulness and a modern aesthetic Teresa is born from the ashes of italian masters. In this chair the respect for the past and the modern look thrive and reach an unexpected outcome. Altough his design presents some naive choices Teresa sure is a perfect starter piece for the career of this young italian designer.

I'm a freshman at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, studying in third-year level courses as an honor student and presidential scholarship recipient. I'm working my way to the top in the field as I've always been interested in design. I also like writing about it, as a matter of fact, I published a couple of articles in which I explain my view on the subject as well as how I see design changing as we move forward into the A.I. era. Luckily for me, I had the pleasure to start studying early in my journey as a professional with my high school professor who gave me the foundation to overcame some blocks someone might encounter when approaching a new discipline.

Right now the Head of the Industrial Design course is a former student of the Politecnico di Milano and Scuola Politecnica where he studied under Marco Zanuso, one of the father of modern Italian Design.
