The project area is approximately 317 square meters, and designed to satisfy the entertainment needs of a client with wealth of life experiences, while echoing the abundance of natural light and view of the site, as the panoramic 180-degree view is generously reserved for the living and dining areas while the balcony, originally surrounded by a glass curtain wall, now brings nature and vitality into the living environment through landscaping. Adjustable louver windows are installed at the full-height windows to accurately control natural lighting and room temperature for energy saving purpose.
