Kevin Chu ReLife 100% Recycled Pavilion Design
ReLife 100% Recycled Pavilion Design is Bronze Design Award winner in 2018 - 2019 Interior Space and Exhibition Design Award Category.
ReLife 100% Recycled Pavilion Design

The idea of ReLife was to design and construct a pavilion using all recycled materials. Composed of recycle plastic turf, derelict steel beams for structure, upcycle wood fibers as cladding panels and 35 dead birch trees ReLife wanted to re-introduce temporary architecture that uses zero waste ideology. The global population has degraded the planet with unconsidered wastage and this design is trying to initiate a more considerate thinking in the design industry.

I am also fascinated on fusing nature elements with technological sustainability. We need to recycle with imagination and push the frontier of reusing discarded elements with advance evolution in technology. I believe in embracing the past and the future while inspiring from the vast array of muses given by our planet's organic lifeforms.
