Kashan hotel's architectural design is based on the Fusion, a combination of traditional and contemporary. Thus, due to the location of the project in a region of several thousand years old history, the design of this project has tried to respect the cultural and historical roots, by considering the factors of climate, structure and contemporary aesthetics: By keeping the principles and values of the traditional Iranian architecture, which is rooted in the profound concepts and rich cultural content of this land.

Born on September 13, 1980, in Iran, Mohammad Mahdi Fakhimi got a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Azad University in 2006. He won several international award in design and architecture.

The current project is the redesign and renovation of a petrochemical office in Tehran by AKAD Design Group. In 2002 a group of students beginning their careers started to work in teams using their knowledge from different fields. By 2008 AKAD Design Group was founded by Mhdi Fakhimi, focusing on architecture, interior and graphic design. Mahdi Fakhimi has won several important international awards in the field of architecture and interior design. He also has some backgrounds in other branches of art could receive prizes in art festivals and contests, especially in photography. AKAD is committed to create the best solution for a whole new and unique perception of space, and also to lead the new era of Iranian architecture by building a better insight and attitude through delivering elegance and quality to customers’ lives.
