A family with four adults approached the architect, having a generous site with an astounding view and with the idea of building a modern and cozy house. The house was built with fluid spaces, with generous lighting and crossed ventilation, with rooms that could be easily integrated or isolated to be used together or independently changing unity and privacy as needed.

Founded in 2002 and located in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, the office David Guerra Architecture and Interior develops projects in the areas of residential, commercial and institutional architecture, interior design and furniture design. With more than 20 years of activity in the field, architect David Guerra combines creativity and elegance to develop unique spaces full of soul, memories, concept and identity. The office’s works have been in exhibitions such as "Time Space Existence", organized by the G.A.A. Foundation as part of the 14th Biennale di Venezia 2014, and "Exposição Vertentes", in the Itamaraty Palace, Brasília, Brazil. They have also been extensively published in Brazilian and international press, and received several awards such as IAB - Instituto de Arquitetos do Brasil Award, Casa Claudia Interior Design Award, Amide Interior Design Award and Olga Krell Interior Design Award.

A couple with two grown up sons approached us having a generous site with an almost 360 degree view and the idea of building a modern and cozy house. Heatwarming and affectionate couple with a distinct liking for nature and entertaining for guests.
