The project aims at transforming the main plant facade and the environment. Perforated aluminum plates, colored steel plates, tiles and vertical greening are used on the external wall. The chimney and main plant are covered by continuing white perforated plates . Vertical greening and tiles are used in lower areas at human scale. The circulation and landscape were also reorganized.

Hayer Design Ltd. founded in September 2015 in Shenzhen China. Tongtong Hui and Peijun Ye are founding partners. Members of Hayer Design are experienced architects.
