HappyLand Sales Office works as an exhibition hall for the property in the downtown, ChangAn. The architect started the design of this space by taking a deep look into the culture of this ancient county. It exists in the intersection of old and new while this city is coming to its urbanisation gradually, so Dream Pavilion is definitive to describe lifestyle and expectation of the locals and immigrants. Thanks to the forward looking architecture, the whole space reduces approximately about 30 percent energy consumption compared to stone and marble facade.
