This is a signature restaurant of Michlen chief Adrian Quetglas. Adri designed this restaurant for noisy companies of friends who enjoy signature cuisine and wine, hence, the planning of the space was intended to be mobile. All the tables in the hall can move and transform according to the guests request. Flower pots create transparent partitions between strangers but they can be easily moved around.

"Adri" - so friends call Adrian Ketglas, and now it is also called a restaurant, opened by the holding company Ginza Project with the direct participation of the chef. The scene of action is the Dusha Cafe, which did not last a year (in turn - an unsuccessful rebranding of "Dedi Pihto"). And the full name is Adri BBQ Restaurant, hinting that this time in the center of attention - cooked on live fire food. A test with a grill, barbecue or oven takes at least one ingredient in each recipe, even if it's a dessert.
