Palate is a vacuum food storage system that provides a luxury eating experience for working professionals. The holes that capture and separate sauce will maintain the food fresh, and the vacuumed seal will protect the original texture and flavor. The natural division of the plate pattern will keep different elements of the meal naturally plated and appealing. Therefore, creating "a treat" for the hard working professionals.

Carly Kim and Azlee Yu are Industrial Design students from the Rhode Island School of Design, graduating 2017. They have collaborated on multiple projects over the course of three years, Palate being a result of the Senior Collaborative Studies studio with Professor PhD Jorge Paricio.
