The Iceberg table is designed to attract awareness about global warming and its effect on water level and melting icebergs in north and south poles, the glass panel have the ability to rotate around axis to maximize serving function. The lower glass panel represents the water level in the past, the upper panel represents the water level after melting icebergs. The table is made of 2 oval panels of clear glass and iceberg shaped white acrylic made by CNC machines.

I was born in Egypt, I studied Architecture at Future University in Egypt, I was the second in my class and now I'm working as an Assistant Lecturer at this university... I really love my Job because I love architecture and product design and I love to inspire my students with all the beautiful concepts around them. I also studied Gamification besides my study for architecture ,,, actually, this helps me in my projects because I love to put gaming techniques into my concepts and to get inspired by game design & theories.

This design was made for Sameh Emam ( the designer ). It was a research about making furniture pieces that spread awareness about environmental issues. So, this design was made to attract awareness toward global warming and it's effects on water level.
