An abandoned, dilapidated factory complex in a no-development zone had to be converted into a young photographer’s studio specializing in automobile, product and fashion photography, while maintaining the footprints of the existing structure. Unused spaces were used to create transition and interactive spaces. The project needed to merge interiors and architecture with the same theme flowing throughout the space, making it look larger. The alterations had to be stimulating, low cost and earthy.

Lovekar Design Associates believes that every project has to be masterminded carefully taking into account the client brief, fidelity to site conditions & the time & economic frame for the same.
