The roof lines were redesigned with perpendicular gables and the ceilings were raised from 7 to 9 ft. The textural board and batten and v-groove walls and ceiling finishes add to the warmth of the space and accentuate the rustic beams. The result is a 2400 sq ft home where the limited space is maximized for comfort and openness to embrace views of the ocean from every room
