Step is a solution to create an enhanced visual depth within the boundaries of a standalone functional object. Storage along with comfort to use while seated makes this product usable to all. When not used as a work desk, it works as a sculptural console. This unit is available in two designs giving an option to the user to meet the requirement of aesthetics with concealed atypical storage if required. Although the mass is constant, the gradient makes it lighter than a solid unit. This concept can translate to a collection from a table to a bench, console, chair or unit.
