Most of hotels in China follow the western operation guide, but ignored the actual market needs. In Ji Hotel, as a china hotel chain, our design concept come from the Confucianism, five virtues: Gentle, Kind, Respectful, Simple and Courtly, we try to provide a whole new identity not just a copy. When everything is back to the original, the most directly feeling shows in front of us. We are hoping to make the essence based on our design, to true feelings but preciosity; everything is so familiar with and comfortable as well.

Kuang Ming Chou (Ray Chou)has been influenced and accumulated a lot by European culture and European travel experience during his studying in Spain. He combines western logic thinking and eastern aesthetics pursuit of life in his design, and reflects the eastern and western modern culture communication in the space due to his deep Chinese cultural heritage feelings. Vermilion Zhou Design Group was founded in 2002 in Shanghai, by Ray Chou, Creative Director, and Vera Chu, Lighting Design Director. Later joined by, Garvin Hung, the Director of Commercial. Three of them leaded the team accomplished over 500 interior design projects in China and overseas within the decade, and obtained the high reputation. Their projects are including public areas, commercial spaces, hotels, club house, offices and high-end residences.

Except for interior design team, we also have the teams of architecture consultant, decoration, landscape planning and graphic design.
