The Project consists of an office building that required 3 retail spaces to rent and an architecture workshop. The 15 x 20m land, situated in a corner, forced the design to compact the building in order to get the sufficient parking space required. So a three-story building was conceived to contain a mixed-used property that accommodates all the parking spaces and retail area on the ground floor, and the architecture offices on the top ones.

We are a firm of young creative architects, with an innovative approach, and experience in architectural projects of small and large scale, committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. Founded in 2004, the company is headquartered in Merida and develops projects in Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Campeche, Tabasco and Mexico City. Currently the office is composed by the founders and brothers Alejandra and Xavier Abreu, and a team of 12 architects and designers.
