The project consist of a series of subtle interventions ranged from the generality of reordering the zoning of their uses, to the particularity of solving the detail of how the contemporary merges with pre-existing. The desing team defined that in this new use, the program shall include a restaurant, banquet rooms, support facilities, open spaces for holding various events, and villas for reflection and isolation. In this case is not the new architecture that says: 'look at me', but the one that humbly lowers his head and lets his elders gain the recognition of aging in a dignified manner.

We are a firm of young creative architects, with an innovative approach, and experience in architectural projects of small and large scale, committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. Founded in 2004, the company is headquartered in Merida and develops projects in Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Campeche, Tabasco and Mexico City. Currently the office is composed by the founders and brothers Alejandra and Xavier Abreu, and a team of 12 architects and designers.
