The idea of "Cubicious" came from the satisfying different needs of different catering organisations in terms of number of customers and service size, so Cubicious is separated three main units which are cooking, preparation and service units according to three main processes of cooking. Thus, it can satisfy different needs that are result of various organisations thanks to its modular structure because modular structure enables to use unit as needed according to organisations, surface joint surfaces enable to combine units in different ways according to different food lines.
Barış Bumin graduated from department of Industrial Design in Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, in 2016. During his education, he has worked on many design projects in various fields. Also he has done internship at well known companies in Turkey, so he has experience in different indutries. After his gratuation, he started working as a freelance designer, and entered several national design competition to make one's mark as an industrial designer. He thinks that industrial design is an aesthetics way of problem solving.
