Raw industrial design from ceiling to floor, the designers have incorporated its concept into everything that they have put into place. From container bars to tables that have been suspended from the ceiling with the help of chains and clamps, they have worked on smallest details. One of the key features is that designers have incorporated the magic of kinetic energy in movement through large gears on wall that compliments overall masculine look.

Born artist and architect by profession, Ketan is a founder and creative director of Studio K-7 having over 27 years of experience in the field of architecture and interior design. His tangential thinking and the abstract approach towards design have won many accolades and have delivered some of the world- class projects. His strong belief is that “Architecture created is comparable to an emergent poetry arising from the fine application of patterns, generative principals and refraction”. Ketan’s qualifications, experience and expertise in his field assist him in the enhancement of aesthetics and structural combinations. Utilization of a vailable resources is the key, which ensures work and client satisfaction, a perfectly blended composition. A significant wheel in the building of The Urban Foundry was Meraki Hospitality, one of the leading F And B players in the industry. Giving the initial momentum to the idea, were the minds of three pioneering partners; Sangram Shirole, Suryabhan Shinde and Hrishikesh Shinde. Sangram is his familys second generation in the hospitality business. Having procured a Graduate degree in International Hotel Management from Les Roches, Bluches, Switzerland, he has been doing it the conventional way. Restaurants like Shabree and By The Way are some of the projects he has worked on. Suryabhan Shinde, a third generation from a family that is always closely linked with business, has completed his Mechanical Engineering from Bits, Dubai and a Post-Graduation in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick. Even with a strong background, academically, he always wanted to venture into hospitality. Hrishikesh Shinde, a Bachelor of Commerce, whose interest in restaurants arose purely through an instant attraction that gravitated him to the concept. Even though he is the third generation from a family that was never into hospitality, he has found his passion and has been doing this for a decade now. Meraki Hospitality and TUF envision furthering their exploration in the food industry through experimentation of genres and concepts in their style of unblemished creation.
