KYTO GRIT is a multi-sports fitness-tracking system. It consists of a tracker, a range of sport-specific devices and an app to centralise all your exercise data. The tracker, equipped with several sensors and a display, guides you through your workout while measuring how you are doing. When you sync it with your phone via Bluetooth, the app gives you an overview of your workout in the different sports and the progress you are making. And to keep you motivated, you can set daily targets and challenge friends.
Pieter Lesage founded Studio Dott in 2000 while still finishing his master degree in Product Design in Antwerp. Today Studio Dott is an all-round creative design agency and consultancy with offices in Antwerp and Hong Kong. We design physical and digital products, services and environments that create impact. User research, co-creation and design research have always been part of our DNA because human interactions and experiences are at the core of our vision on design. Increasingly we use the same principles to support our customers in the development of their vision, strategy and business models. Pieter, now CEO of the studio, envisions Studio Dott’s strategic direction. As creative lead, he continuously boosts the conceptual quality of their work. Next to Studio Dott he lectured interior design and was head of post academic education at Thomas More Mechelen. He was president of the youth chamber of commerce Antwerp and national vice-president at Jong Voka. He is an experienced public speaker and is regularly invited to speak about (human centered) design at various events.
