‘Libertango’ is one of the rooms of a boutique hotel located at Gangnam in Seoul. To design out of the box, Seungmo Lim created a line of movement that penetrates through entire room while on the line changing perspective of the view. Also He attempted to demonstrate dynamic diversity of space by using fusion and division of colors and shapes.

Hotel the Designers is a design boutique hotel opened in Korea 2012. It became a sensation in hotel marketing to design a hotel room by using "Competition for design" which was no similar case in the hotel industry. Many non-professional hotel designers who have aesthetic sense such as photographer and famous singer participate in the competition, they make unconventional and unique hotel rooms. It has caused big waves in the industry not only with design but also with frontage combined front and concierge, inner-city bicycle rental service, first bicon payment system in Korea, payment per minutes, etc. Starting with in Samsung-dong 2012, it opened one after another in Hongdae, Jongno, Incheon, Dongdaemun, and Gangnam, and it is scheduled to be newly open two places this year. It is expected to open a hotel in China Zhangjiajie next year. It has received love calls from other regions of China, Japan and Saudi Arabia. Currently, Hotel the Designers completed the brand registration in China, Japan, EU, America, etc.
