KOKOMI offers casual, young Japanese cuisine, it is generated from two core functional focus, the Sushi/Bar and Teppanyaki station; Sushi/Bar counter, where sushi making and drinks serving integrated as one unit to create a chill-out bar for customer to sit and hangout. Further inside, teppanyaki grills tables dominates the inner dining section; this counter top is made of bush-hammered stone block and accentuated with an overhead constructed with book matched marble in rigato finishes.

MOA Designs was founded by Benson Lee and has extensive experience in projects on restaurants, showsuites, sales offices and residential developments. After graduating from the University of Hong Kong with a M. Arch (HKU) degree, Lee practiced in an architectural firm and qualified as a Registered Architect in 2000. Subsequently, he joined the interior design firm RYMD and later AFSO between 2002 and 2009. Having acquired extensive experience on various projects, he established MOA Designs in 2009. With a solid background in multiple disciples, MOA's design philosophy is to adopt a meticulous approach in design geometry and skillful use of space in harmony with human activities; to collaborate extensively with clients, comprehending their needs and translating them into good designs. The goal is to blend functionality and possibilities in interior designs. In recent years, MOA has been actively involved in commercial and residential corporates such as the Maxim's Group, Sun Hung Kai Properties, China Resources Property, and Tai Hung Fai Enterprise.
