This ten-story resort is located in the heart of mountain on Shemshak,the second largest ski area in Iran,in only half an hour drive from the capital.This location is defined by Snow-covered landscapes,so the architect didn't want the building to be indifferent about its surrounding,but as a part of nature embracing that.There are 67 unit types differing from 45m studioflat to 270m penthouse. Inside the rooms all the necessities are defined in the main body to provide the space purity and integrity.
