Amanda-Li Kollberg Northbridge Whisky Bottle
Northbridge Whisky Bottle is Bronze Design Award winner in 2015 - 2016 Packaging Design Award Category.
Northbridge Whisky Bottle

The design of Northbridge Whisky is minimalism fused with North-Copenhagen rough unpretentiousness, to form a frame around a whiskey for the people. It has visual references to Dronning Louises Bro, the bridge with the most bike traffic in the world and where the citizens of Copenhagen hang out, drink take away coffee or cold pilsners, enjoy the sun and dance in the snow for New Years Eve. The goal of Northbridge is to offer a higher quality Whisky than what you would put in your irish coffee, while still not feel like a gift for your uncles 50th birthday. At an affordable price.

Amanda-Li Kollberg

Young and restless freelance designer specialized in visual identity and concept development, who aims to work with a social and sustainable agenda and a story to tell. To her, design is esthetic communication, and humans need to communicate to truly create change. She loves to fuse and juxtapose scandinavian lightness and elegance with playful and vibrant references to other cultures. She likes to explore materials and re-think resources, and constantly tries to make her work detail oriented but with a lightness to it.

Northbridge

Northbridge is created by a young and ambitious team who travel the globe to seek out extraordinary whiskys and blend them to form their own premium signature range. They seek to find a middle ground between todays overpriced single malts and cheap un-inspiring commercial blends. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, they are Copenhagen's very own whisky brand. Founded by Nick Frandsen, the team is currently finding its form and visual tone of voice, and that is why they included Jetzt, and equally young and ambitious Copenhagen based designer.
